Instructions
Using the built-in applicator, or Lash & Brow Duo Brush, apply powder to the eyebrow using a light hand. The formula is buildable, so apply more products where needed to achieve the desired look. Can be used to fill in sparse areas or create a full, opaque brow if desired.
