Instructions
Two weeks prior to vacation: apply the treatment once a day.
First three days of sun exposure: Apply every hour.
Fourth to the seventh day: Apply every two hours.
As of the eighth day: Apply Adaptasun Tanning Cream for Sensitive Skin Extreme Sun.
