Precision Lip Pencil is a long-wear lip liner that glides on like silk and never runs. This formulation is infused with antioxidants and is available in a wide range of water-resistant shades to help define lips and keep color in place.

- To Make Lips Appear Smaller, Apply Pencil along the Inside of the Natural Lip Line.
